Workflow Process
Assuming you are our official business partner, have successfully bound our warehouse address, and have placed orders through various Chinese apps, our workflow is as follows:
Pick Up Your Packages
Due to the fierce price competition in China's express delivery industry, express delivery services have now been downgraded. In most cases, your packages are stored at Cainiao Inn. We need to pick up your packages every day.
Receive Packages
We will bring your products back to our office or warehouse. Once all your packages have arrived, we will proceed to the next step.
Unpack and Remove Original Packaging
We will open each of your packages and remove unnecessary packaging to reduce the weight of the product. Through this step, you can save a lot on international shipping costs.
Assuming the air freight cost is $15 per kilogram:
- Before unpacking: Your package weighs 10kg
- After unpacking: Your package weighs 7kg
- Weight reduced: 3kg
- Money saved: 3kg × $15/kg = $45

Consolidate Packages into One Carton
We will consolidate all your packages into one carton, making it easier to manage. After consolidation, we will print shipping marks and customer information on the carton to help your logistics provider identify your package.
Send Bill and Payment
To make it convenient for you before using our service, we have specially created a billing and cost calculation tool. You can enter relevant data for calculation. When we calculate fees, we also use this tool.

Package Delivery
We will send your package to the warehouse of your designated international freight forwarder through domestic logistics providers and provide you with tracking numbers. The image below shows the logistics tracking number and product receipt photos.
Usually, your freight forwarder will receive your package the next day, so please confirm with them in time. If I provide you with a logistics tracking number and you do not confirm it for more than three days, you will need to bear all risks. The reason is simple: Chinese logistics are very fast. If I tell you the package has been shipped today, then they can definitely receive the package the next day. So be sure to confirm the package receipt status with your logistics provider in time.
