Shipping Guidelines

Oversize Surcharge Policy - UK

1. Single item with longest side over 100CM but not exceeding 150CM, or perimeter over 300CM: shipping fee +40GBP/item;

2. Single item with longest side not exceeding 100CM, but second side over 70CM, or third side over 60CM: shipping fee +40RMB/item;

(If both conditions 1 and 2 occur, fees are not cumulative, the higher rate (40GBP/item) applies)

3. Single item dimensions within 150*70*60cm limits, weight over 30KG but less than 40KG: shipping fee 40GBP + overweight +1GBP/KG;

(Oversize and overweight fees are charged separately. If both occur, fees are cumulative) (All dimensions are equal to or greater than)

Oversize Surcharge Policy - Europe

1. Single item with longest side not exceeding 120CM, but second side over 60CM, or single item volume over 0.14m³, or volumetric weight over 26KG: shipping fee +40RMB/item;

2. If volumetric weight exceeds 31.5KG: shipping fee +35 euros/item;

3. Single item with longest side over 120CM but not exceeding 175CM, or perimeter over 300CM, or single item actual weight over 30KG but less than 40KG: shipping fee +50 euros/item;

4. Perimeter must not exceed 319CM. If exceeded, additional fee of 500 yuan/item will be charged.

If two of these three conditions occur simultaneously (perimeter over 300CM/actual weight over 30KG/longest side over 120CM), additional fees are cumulative.

Rejection Policy

European Netherlands rejects packages with single item actual weight over 30KG (including carton packaging or irregular boxes).

If oversized goods are returned by Amazon, return and redelivery costs will be charged at actual cost.

Oversized package fees are effective long-term. If rejection/return occurs due to oversized items, costs will be charged at actual cost (without DPD/DHL invoices, our company's invoice will prevail).

Redelivery Due to Recipient Issues

Redelivery costs caused by incorrect address/recipient refusal/absence/other recipient-related reasons will be borne by the client. Billing standard: UK, Europe charge 40RMB per item (no DPD invoice provided, our company's invoice will prevail).

Customs Declaration Requirements

If national customs determines that the product requires goods inspection, please provide the goods inspection customs clearance form. Please prepare customs declaration documents before shipping.

Note: Please declare customs declaration information truthfully. If national customs inspection determines false declaration, declaration discrepancy, inability to provide authentic and valid purchase invoice proof, etc., all consequences will be borne by the client. All costs caused by inspection of client documents (inspection fees, such as re-declaration after withdrawal, warehouse container rental, etc.) will be borne by the client.

Product Issues and Customs Detention

1. Foreign requirements for product packaging: manufacturer name, website, phone, email, Made in China.

2. If CE, HDMI, FDA, FCC, Lacey Act, DOT labels are required, or if goods are subject to local anti-dumping measures, or do not meet destination country import requirements, please provide relevant documents to assist with customs clearance; if you cannot provide quickly, storage fees will be borne by the shipper. If inability to provide leads to goods destruction, our company assumes no responsibility, destruction costs are charged at actual cost.

3. For non-tax-inclusive channels, if inspection, detention, etc. occur, all costs (such as warehouse rent, inspection fees, sorting fees, etc.) will be charged at actual cost. Our company bears no costs.

4. For products requiring CE marking in the EU, clients must affix CE labels themselves when shipping. If CE labels are not affixed or the product does not actually have CE certificate and is confiscated by customs, the client bears responsibility (emphasis on client's product quality, test certificates and outer packaging compliance with EU standards).

Inspection Notice for Shipping with Own VAT Number

Supervision warehouse 3 days free storage (calculated from pickup day) 15GBP/cubic meter/day, less than 1 cubic meter calculated as 1 cubic meter.

Other costs incurred by inspection such as taxes, customs fines, destruction, return shipping costs, etc. will be charged at actual cost.

EU/UK Representative Requirements

Recently, inspections by the UK/Europe customs TS department (Trading Standards) have been frequent. Please confirm that products are accompanied by EU/UK representative and manufacturer information. If products are found without EU/UK representative and manufacturer information, not only must this information be completed, but high fines may also be imposed, otherwise release will not be granted. Costs will be charged at actual cost. Please note [not only for CE products, all products].

VAT Deferral Submission Documents (All Channels)

UK:

1. Direct representation letter-AA Freight. (Authorization letter) (Can be signed by non-legal person but must provide copy of signatory's ID)

2. Screenshot of Amazon store linking VAT number

3. Copy of company business license with VAT number + copy of signatory's ID on letterhead paper

4. If delivery address is non-FBA deferral address, also need to provide declaration receipt

Europe:

1. Copy of legal person's ID or passport

2. Business license/official company document, must show basic company information and legal person's name

3. Valid importer contact information

4. VAT registration documents(VAT), EORI

5. Tax declaration receipts for the past three months, can be quarterly

6. Agency contract and POA

7. Tax number holder provides "Tax Commitment Letter", forwarder provides "Tax Guarantee Letter"

Tax-Inclusive Channels

The selected service is a dual-clearance tax-inclusive channel. Our company does not provide any customs clearance document numbers or tax payment certificates.

Compensation Policy

Before Pickup (No pickup information + Not listed)

If goods are lost after entering our warehouse and before backend pickup overseas due to our company's error, we will review based on the original invoice value provided by your company. Compensation will not exceed 40 RMB/kg for air freight, and 20 RMB/kg for sea and truck transportation. We will also refund the full shipping cost for the lost portion of the goods.

After Pickup (With pickup information but not delivered)

If goods are lost after backend pickup overseas, shipping fees will not be refunded. According to our requirements, please provide screenshots of unlisted backend, cooperate in submitting required documents, and we will help the recipient contact the backend carrier for compensation based on the original invoice value provided by your company (maximum 100 USD/box). Claims will not be accepted after 15 natural days.

Delivered but Not Listed

For express delivery, we provide DPD system delivery confirmation or delivery receipt screenshots. For truck delivery, we can provide POD receipts. Please communicate directly with the foreign party regarding listing issues. We do not compensate for non-listing.

Packaging Damage Compensation Standards

1) If the outer box is damaged during delivery making it unsellable on the Amazon platform, provide proof of unsellability from Amazon within 7 working days after receipt by Amazon. You can request that we return the goods to the foreign warehouse for free repackaging and redelivery, but you bear the risk of loss during return. If you do not submit proof of outer box damage within 7 working days after receipt by Amazon, you bear the relevant responsibility.

2) If Amazon warehouse rejects due to packaging, labeling, etc. issues, we assume no responsibility.

3) Goods damage is not compensable. If goods are damaged during transportation, considering the difficulty in determining responsibility due to product quality factors, we do not assume compensation for goods damage.

4) For packaging damage causing loss (quantity shortage) or damage, if the express/truck delivery receipt is complete without noting shortage/damage, the carrier does not accept claims, and we do not assume compensation responsibility for packaging damage/loss. If the express/truck delivery receipt notes shortage/damage, the client must provide outer packaging + clear tracking number + photos of damaged items + listing screenshot as proof. We will only help claim from the carrier and do not assume compensation responsibility for packaging damage/loss. Claims will not be accepted after 15 natural days.

Compensation Standards for Special Line Inspection Including Taxes, Customs Detention

1) If customs inspection is completed within 3 months with release, no compensation. Party B provides inspection email or other inspection proof to Party A.

2) If customs inspection exceeds 3 months without release, if Party A abandons the goods, compensation is according to contract: sea freight compensation 20 RMB/kg, no shipping fee refund; truck transportation compensation 20 RMB/kg, no shipping fee refund. If Party A's product quality, qualifications, or products prohibited by export/destination countries lead to confiscation or destruction by customs, Party B provides inspection proof to Party A, with actual costs refunded.

3) Non-compensable situations for special lines including taxes: If inspection/customs detention is due to product infringement issues or product quality issues that are not Party B's responsibility, Party B will provide customs detention documents but assume no responsibility or compensation, and reserves the right to pursue compensation from Party A for losses caused to Party B.

Fragile Items

Such as bulbs, glass, vases, tableware and related products. We do not accept any compensation for loss.

Special Note: If goods declared lost are found within one month after our compensation, the goods will be delivered normally, and you must refund the compensated shipping fees and the compensated goods value. If found after one month, the goods will be delivered normally, and you only need to refund the goods value compensation, not the shipping fee compensation.

Additional Note: If your goods are high-value products, we recommend purchasing insurance separately. For example, when the total value of a single shipment exceeds 2,000 USD or the value of a single item exceeds 100 USD, we recommend purchasing insurance separately. We do not compensate for damage during transportation.

Non-Compensable Field

Flight delays, customs inspections - if we inform you promptly during working hours, no compensation for delay.

If you do not provide declaration documents with true and reasonable goods value; goods infringe intellectual property rights; detention/return by customs due to destination import restrictions, etc. - we assume no compensation responsibility.

If due to product quality issues, or products not meeting related import/export certification/test standards, etc. - we assume no compensation responsibility.

If encountering war, natural disasters, pandemics and other force majeure factors causing goods damage or loss - we assume no compensation responsibility.

During transportation, if encountering flight delays, customs clearance delays and other time delays - we assume no compensation responsibility.

We do not assume compensation responsibility for goods quantity shortage, damage and all fragile items not caused by our company.

For multi-piece shipments, if some have backend carrier pickup information while other sub-orders are not updated, this belongs to backend carrier pickup update issues and is not included in pickup delay compensation.

- Manufacturer information (name, website, phone, email, Made in China) must be on packaging

Consequences: If you cannot provide required certificates quickly, storage fees will apply. If inability to provide leads to goods destruction, our company assumes no responsibility. Destruction costs will be charged at actual cost.

Redelivery Fees

Causes: Incorrect address, recipient refusal, absence or other recipient-related issues

Fees: 40RMB per item for UK and Europe (no DPD invoice provided, our company's invoice will prevail)

Responsibility: Client bears all redelivery costs caused by recipient issues

Additional Notes: If oversized items are returned by Amazon due to recipient issues, return and redelivery costs will be charged at actual cost.

EU/UK Representative Requirements

Requirements:

- All products (not just CE products) must have EU/UK representative information

- Manufacturer information must be clearly displayed on packaging

- Recent increase in inspections by UK/Europe customs TS department

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

- Products may be held in customs

- High fines may be imposed

- Release will not be granted until requirements are met

- All costs associated with non-compliance will be charged at actual cost

Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure their products meet these requirements before shipping. Non-compliance will result in additional costs and delays.

Loss Before Pickup

Compensation: Up to 40 RMB/kg (air) or 20 RMB/kg (sea/truck) based on invoice value

Additional: Full refund of shipping cost for lost portion

Condition: Due to our company's error after goods enter our warehouse

Loss After Pickup

Compensation: Up to 100 USD/box based on invoice value

Shipping: No refund of shipping fees

Requirements: Provide unlisted backend screenshots and required documents

Deadline: Claims not accepted after 15 natural days

Delivered but Not Listed

Proof Provided: DPD system confirmation (express) or POD (truck)

Action: Communicate directly with foreign party for listing issues

Compensation: None for non-listing

Packaging Damage

Amazon Unsellable: Provide proof within 7 working days for free return/repackaging

Amazon Rejection: No compensation for packaging/labeling issues

Goods Damage: Not compensable during transportation
